The Asian Sailing Federation will hold its Annual General Meeting on 10 July 2017 from 14:30 hrs to 17:30 hrs at the ‘The Heritage Pattaya Beach Resort’ in the beautiful city of Pattaya, Thailand.

Delegates attending meetings scheduled as part of the ASAF Annual General Meeting programme are required to register by resending the filled REPLY SLIP to the ASAF Secretariat by 30 June 2017. Name badges will be available for collection from the ASAF Reception desk. Members who are unable to attend are requested to inform the ASAF Secretariat.

All the delegates are also invited to the Opening ceremony of the ‘World Optimist Championship 2017’ on the evening of 10 Jul 2017 following our AGM. Detail will be given in due course

Executive Committee Meeting: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Events Committee Meeting: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Youth & Development Committee Meeting: 01:00 PM to 02:00 PM
ASAF Annual General Meeting: 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM

It is the responsibility of all committee members and observers to ensure that they have both a valid passport and entry visa. Please consult your embassy / visa agencies in your nation. Please allow plenty of time to obtain your visa.
