The Youth and Development Committee is established to monitor and guide the use of sailing as a sport to develop and connect youth in Asia.  It also facilitates and  organises programmes and activities to develop capabilities of Race Officials in officiating and managing racing events in Asia through working with the ASAF MNAs.
