Trophies of the Darwin to Dili Annual Yacht Race at display

The Executive Committee of the Asian Sailing Federation has unanimously accepted the application of Timor Leste Sailing Federation as an ordinary member of the Asian Sailing Federation, subject to ratification by the General Body at the forthcoming AGM.

Dili is the capital of Timor-Leste. It is mainly a commercial and administrative centre, with a few Portuguese touches such as villa-lined beach roads and the ruins of an old fort built in 1627.
